Nutrition and Fitness tracking

Models need to stay in shape and keep their bodies looking good.  It doesn’t work to starve yourself because first, it’s unhealthy, and second you don’t have the energy for long photo shoots or other assignments.  Most people know what they have to do to get in shape; eat less, work out more.  But how do you track that?  How do you know if you’ve acheived the right balance for what you want to accomplish? Intro to Commercial Modeling

There are many different types of modeling. The type that most people think of when they hear “modeling” is fashion, and most specifically, runway modeling. It takes a very specific look and body type, usually very tall and thin, to make it as a runway model. If you don’t have a 6’2” size 3 body you can still model as a commercial model.
